Christine Harper - 0:00:00
And I'm now going to show you what it looks like.So this is our meeting started.
What would normally happen is that we would have an agenda and as an operator I would
actually take through the agenda so that as you saw earlier in the picture on the recording
we can jump through the different agenda points.
In terms of the index points for the speakers, if you guys would like to speak for a little bit so we can see the recording in a second.
Jason CLark - 0:00:37
That's Jason Clark.Okay, so this is you, Edward.
First of all.
This is Edward Clark.
Jason Clark.
So this is the names also appearing on the meeting.
Yes.
Good.
And normally you'd have a remote participant as well, but I'm going to cause trouble.
If I do that...
If you turn off your Mac for a little bit.
Stephane Lefevre - 0:01:13
Yeah, so sorry. So this is going to sound strange.
but we can see the name has changed. It's gone to you because you left your...

This is our recording. Hopefully if I want it sometime during a council meetingthey've got breaks we would press the pause button so that people members of
public see a holding slide we're actually gonna look at what it looks
like when I do that press you get to choose well we're going for team start

after a few seconds and you can see also live it's nice because you get to seewho's speaking with the subtitle here saying Christine Harper because I'm the
speaker. So it takes a few seconds for the video to go through our servers. This is high availability.
That means that we could have thousands and thousands of people watching. We are running through AWS,
Amazon AWS, to do the server side. And we've had... What's our biggest meeting we've had, Adam?
I am lost trying to be honest with you. The static hand we're given is a little inch in my retaking of Tesla after taking 5 ,000 new years every minute.
Which was more than we had last time it dropped everything over, which was about 12, 15 years ago.
We had a big incident in Ireland in Belfast where they decided to stop following the Union Jack about their council chamber
and everything went mental and then there was a riot happening outside.
So obviously some of your links flying around on social media, we had tens of thousands of people watching in roadie shops
places like, it was the last time we sort of heavily extended the way we just read North Data, so we used Kyra for a studio.
We had a previous incident about 10 years before that, this is when we started doing the video of doing CVN's
and then after that we did basically a pretty mature bit for CVN's
so it's like a huge amount of traffic.
Some planning meetings can be extremely popular should we say.
Football stadiums basically.
football stadiums or gypsy camps.
No way!
There's riots!
Anything that's sort of a sectarian issue in Ireland and all the other places.
That's where all the sudden people are interested.
In fact, for a normal council meeting, you don't get that.
But the council is persistent, they want as much transparency as possible.
On the flip side, so when we started, it's not a stat that we use really anymore, but back in the beginning,
the average attendance went off to the only way to see a council meeting was to be at the meeting.
I think the average attendance was four and a half people in terms of the public gallery.
So, you know, you could sort of instantly demonstrate it at a multiple of 10.
Yeah.
And it takes probably 100 on that.
Actually I'll show you because I'm going to go in because the nice thing about our platform now,
on the admin area for the clerks, they get to see the reports of how many people have viewed.
So I'll show you that very quickly after this.
So I'm just going to start.
